The number of modules mounted together into one hyper-productive complex can be unlimited. This makes it possible to create flexible, high-technology production of biodiesel of any capacity.One operator can control one complex, which consists of some modules. Use of ultrasonic cavitation reactor makes it possible to reduce temperature of reaction down to 35-40 degree Celsius and afford the complete coming of all components into esterification reaction. After processing in cavitation reactor the mixture discharges into special separation tanks, where it divides into fractions (biodiesel + glycerol). The intelligent control system, designed by our company, makes it possible to monitor the process in real time. The output of finished products (biodiesel and glycerol) runs continuously. The modules are equipped with precise dosing devices, that feed the source products into reactor with high accuracy and afford to change the volume of source products on-line according to requirements.

Automatic modules BIOSTRIM can process any types of oils with any impurities and derive high-quality finished product biodiesel.

By use of modules BIOSTRIM there is no need in such expensive and power-consuming technological processes as recuperation of excessive methanol, washing of initial biodiesel, vacuum drying of finished product, which are used in traditional equipment for biodiesel production.

The modules make it possible to produce biodiesel fuel conforming EN 14214 and ASTM Standards during just one cycle.
