With our latest technology the minimal volume of alcohol and catalyst is used (in accordance to esterification reaction - one mass fraction of alcohol to nine mass fractions of oil). We do not wash and dehydrate the biodiesel produced and the reaction is carried out in just one cycle (in classic technologies to derive quality biodiesel two cycles are required).  The quality parameters of biodiesel produced in our reactor from crude non-processed oil conform to the world biodiesel standards.

The number of modules mounted together into one hyper-productive complex can be unlimited. This makes it possible to create flexible, high-technology production of biodiesel of any capacity.One operator can control one complex, which consists of many modules. Using ultrasonic cavitation reactor makes it possible to reduce temperature of reaction down to 35-40 degree Celsius. After processing in the reactor "BIOSTRIM" the mixture discharges into special separation tanks, where it separates into (biodiesel + glycerol). The intelligent control system, designed by our company, makes it possible to monitor the process in real time. The output of finished products (biodiesel and glycerol) runs continuously. The modules are equipped with precise dosing devices, which feed the source products into reactor with high accuracy and it is possible to change the volume of source products on-line according to requirements.

Automatic modules BIOSTRIM can process any types of oils with any impurities and derive high-quality finished product biodiesel.

By using the module BIOSTRIM there is no need for expensive and power-consuming technological processes as recovery of excessive methanol, washing of initial biodiesel, vacuum drying of finished product, which is used in traditional equipment for biodiesel production.

The automatic module «BIOSTRIM 1000»has two reactors and two separating containers installed. The principle of work and interrelation of basic components and units of modules remain constant.

The important thing in biodiesel production and biofuel sale is its adaptation for winter (cold flow adaptation). For this process depressors are used. They are the special additives, which depress the temperature of filtration capacity and solidification. It is impossible to add them into biodiesel without special equipment and certain technology. The cavitation reactor can effectively blend biodiesel and depressors.

 Our modules for biodiesel production can be used for preparing winter biodiesel without re-adjusting the equipment.
